|  | | Kumera |  | | Kumera is a script written in Perl and is an Open Source Content Management System. This script allows separation of content from presentation. In this system there are multiple users, each having a different role within each sub-site. There is a hierarchy of users- writer, editor and a sub-editor who can perform various functions. For example the writer can edit and create pages but he cannot see or even modify the pages of other writes. The sub-editor can do everything a writer can do, plus can also browse pages and even edit them if, they are locked out by someone else. The third user is a full-editor can do everything a sub-editor can do and can also delete any page and can commit any page that is locked out.
