Reviewed By: beerguzler Initially , the product is great! When you start having problems the SM team will reply to your support emails. The issue they have consistantly is the programmer rarely is available to provide any help. So you are only given stupid responses. The Program is buggy then Windows 95, they are rude and arrogant and to top it off, they contradict there own terms.. So you may be lucky to recieve 1 or 2 updates which may or may not work . Any opportunity to take your money is available... The reason behind removal of there support forum... Way too many people where complaining about the product and service. How you feel having paid a membership fee and not recieve any updates ( They claim beta releases are updates , however only for development purposes ). Hav a search on the web , all the blogs recommending Socketmail are from the one guy Shivam or Khairul the programmers.. No one has anything nice to say about Socketmail... The con The guys dont have a clue about running a business , only taking advantage of people and sucking them financially. Nothing is for free and they ensure that! So beware , there are better email programs out there this one.. PS , its also contains some serious security holes and the PHP code is a joke. If you know PHP have a gander at the code and ask which 10 year wrote it....
