Provides basic user functions like Help information at logon screen, Help information in chat room, Set maximum number of line entries to view, Set number of seconds chat room should check for new entries, Change rooms, Select a graphical face for your room name, Select a user to whisper to (only they can see what you say), Enter Active hyperlinks in chatrooms, (Enter link like "http://www.somesite.com/somepage or www.somesite.com/somepage"), The link will open in a new browser window outside the chatroom and View Chat entries in Ascending or Descending order.
