I was told by Ankur Jain the following via email: This is my last email to you. I suggest you get your thinking straight and go see a psychiatrist. Any further emails from your side will be considered as spam and reported to authorities. I only asked for support to reasonably begin from when I actually installed and used the script. When I got a rude reply back saying I was crazy, I asked for my money back. These type of extortion and blackmail tactics tell you what kind of company they are.
