Ultimate Helpdesk Suite Review, 2005-09-13
Reviewed By: fiserv This is a great application. Simple to install via a .exe (there is an option to install via a Zip file) which makes life easier than having to upload files to the server. Configuration was simple enough and I was up and running with the support helpdesk within 30 minutes. Too many good features to mention, but I love the ability for my clients to be able to email support requests and for the application to then automatically create a new support ticket from the email. The live help is another valuable feature giving my clients the option of talking through any issues they're having before submitting a support ticket. The billing system is a bonus and will definitely save money by not having to post out invoices any more. All in all I would recommend this application to anyone.
