BTS BugTrack

BTS BugTrack is a new bug tracking system built with PHP and MySQL. It has been designed from the ground up to enable individual, or groups of developers to keep track of outstanding bugs submitted by users of your products. There are many features planned for this product, and details will be posted shortly. Users log into BTS BugTrack, select the product they wish to bug report, then fill in a form and submit. These reports, or 'Tickets' are placed in a queue with a status of unconfirmed, until such a time as an operator verifies the bug, and assigns a new status, or fixes the bug, and closes the ticket. Operators can log into BTS BugTrack, and have limited controls over the queues, enabling them to comment on the Tickets, and change the status. They can close the tickets, and submit comments to the database stating what solutions have been implemented. Administrators can log into BTS BugTrack, and have full control over all features of the software. They can modify not only the bug reports, but also the product details, users, operators, status codes, and much more.
