Description

This provides a simple code that explains how to write a script to connect to a distant server and obtain HTML pages. Information desired from other website can easily be obtained by writing a CGI script that connects to the other website and requests the document by HTTP request. This can then be parsed to obtain the desired information. This tutorial shall teach you to achieve this.
