Description

The installation is very easy:1. Change the "#!/usr/local/bin/perl -w" in billowpromote.pl to your server's perl location. 2. Change the config script in the billowpromote.pm. 3. chmod userlog.dat to 666 or let the web user(mostly nobody user) can write it. 4. chmod a+r Data.dat, header.html, footer.html(Readable to nobody user). You must add the server database yourself.
