rc-newsMan is a news engine script based on PHP language. Its essential features supports multiple users under three access levels of admin, advanced poster and normal poster with profile facility. Administration is absolutely web based. Has editable language files. Allows mulitple categories. supports Headlines with links. News are capable to add, edit and remove. Admin panel allows news archiving and backup facility for newsdata. optional comment function supports CSS and allows people to post comment on news and articles which are ediatble before their display. Since all datas are stored in flat files no need for database. This script will be availing in future with timezone adjustment, optional search in archiving and exportable to XML shortly. This script needs PHP 4.0 or greater and MySQL database.
