Description

This is a simple php based programme for webmasters to show a quote on their websites titlebars in a random manner. The quote texts are placed in a file and the preg_split function is used to select the text randomly from the file. Everytime the page is started or refreshed anew quote is displayed from the file. A simple tool for webmasters.
