Description
The Keystone is a PHP driven web based ticketing system which helps you to keep track of tasks and other items. It supports public user interface as well as technician interface, sends e-mail notification to technician or users when tickets change or when created, configurable views for sorting, highlighting and categorization; contains asset management functions which track equipment issues by associating tickets with equipment, keep inventory of individual parts or quantity-on-hand; contact management which allows to contact any number of e-mail, phone or address entries per contact etc.
