The album.pl is a simple and easy to use script written in Perl that can be used to create an uploadable photo album. It is created with a web based interface which displays all the images in the tree like directory. The directory will be updated automatically whenever a new image is uploaded so that, it will save your time in re-indexing. The script is using string tables, template and style sheets for easy customization. The features of this script includes the ability to view the images as a slideshow presentation, allows to add descriptions to images, generates static HTML pages for burning on to a CD ROM, view and edit thumbnails and much more.
