Private Eye Security Software has perl modules to implement the security functionalities. Admin interface allows members with password protection that can check for users entry with a same name who try to steal passwords from your site. It uses two environment variables to find out same user name from different IP addresses. Email notification lets you know about malicious users and supports deletion of that user account. Log info can be viewed and can be modified.
