Description
Smartlist Manager is constructed with perl and CGI language that can be used to allow the visitors on a website to enroll their names into a subscription list provided on your website. Database stores all email addresses and email users along with the comments made. Notification after subscribing / unsubscribing can be done optionally. Archive function keeps track of all sent messages and allow later retrieval. Valid emails are only added after checking. Entire users with a lists can be subscribed / unsubscribed via admin panel.
