This mail management script is easy to use and understand. The features available are - Send to email, MySQL database, csv file, flat-file, email & database, email & csv, or email & flat-file, use with multiple forms, format validation, environmental variables, required fields, redirect after submission, send Email as text or HTML, Preview Page, IP blocking, block unauthorized sites and prevent multiple Submissions. It runs any PHP3, PHP4 enabled web server.Mail Manage EX also has a built in notifier,incase the flood control, log, or ipblock file are incorrect or have the incorrect permisions, the script will still function for the user but an email is sent to the administrators email you setup in your configuration to alert you of the error.
