Documentor

Scan and upload documents, letters or anything to the Documentor from a simple web based interface in minutes which can run on your website or any website that supports ASP. Organize all the documents based on departments and categories in each department so they are properly organized and can be located easily, just as you would do in your office in the storage racks in different files. Finding the documents once you upload them is a cakewalk, Advanced search which allows you to find the document based on the name you entered for the set of documents or the document itself. Secured web interface which allows access only to you after you enter your personal username and password so you can be sure there is no one else getting access to these documents. You can upload upto 5 documents in each set, so you don't need to have different records for each page when you get 2-3 pages in a single letter like a multi page bank statement (if you have a lot of money and do a lot transactions.:-)) Imagine being on a holiday and you suddenly get a call from your Insurance company asking for some details as they are missing in your file with them, you could simply login in the Documentor and find the details in a few minutes and give it to them.
