Description
This applet uses the alpha-beta pruning algorithm to implement an online chess game. It is programmed in JDK1.1.6. The source code for the Chinese Chess applet can be downloaded with out any registration and it is free of cost. The Chinese Chess applet V0.5 shows a mistake when both sides of Kings stand on the same vertical line, there is no other piece being between them. The rule for judging the win or the loss is simplified over the conventional one. The source code can de downloaded after registration.
