KLMenu is a java applet, which can build a menu in your web pages that supports use of background image and menu icons. It also supports a fade effect when the mouse is out of selection. Customizable features include AppletHomePage, number of frames while fading highlight, number of frames going to submenu, Time between frames, the highlight bar color, The normal text colour, Background image, font, font size etc.
