Description
This serves as a proxy as well as a tunnel and is a simple web server. SWServer has the option to simulate low speed modem connection by delaying request responses and by lessening the speed of I/O. It can work on Java 1.2 but is best at J2SE Version 1.3. Through SWServer you can know the actual data being transferred when it is running as a proxy or tunnel. It also supports Web server features like file range and connection keep-alive. You can test your web pages in a simulated modem environment.
